So this is my idea for first list. The idea is troops, troops, and more troops. The ATRT’s. Follow up the flanks of the troops to be denial and support. The lone ATRT is a solo/vehicle hunter.
First list
Sadly, this is not a legal list. From what we know from the announcement article, Rebel Commando Strike Team requires you to take a Heavy Weapon Upgrade (and we don't know their cards yet, we just know i will be either sniper rifle or demo charges guy) so you cant take a single model 
Also, I don'y believe you need that many impact grenades - one or two units might suffice. Also consider some ion weapons, they're golden in crippling some nasty vehicles.
Otherwise nice build tho, i still have to try flame thrower on a AT-RT, but I'm still not convinced on Comms Jammer 
I like your Luke quite a bit, I usually run him with Force Reflexes but this one is cheaper, and with Leia on the horizon and two command cards that can give him Dodge he might get along without one.
