I've seen the odd reference to starship design rules now existing, but I haven't been able to figure out which book they're in. Am I imagining this, or do they actually exist?

Releasing march 29th 2018... First mentioned in the beginning of March 2017... yes over a year. Hence the common mention of ship building rules yet no such rules released as yet. It' been a VERY LONG WAIT!!!
