I’d bet it’s on the “soon” list but as the Quasar is still great and we just had some large base expansions I don’t think it’ll be wave 8. My opinion though

It’s a source of great debate. There are a lot of variables, (size, cost, form,) so it’s hard for some to come to a fast yes or no.
There are those who would gladly drop $500 for a 6’ SSD model. There are those who wouldn’t give $10 for a 3’x3’ SSD playmat. There are a lot of people in between.

If the SSD was twice as large then, including cardboard value, around £150 would be a "somewhat reasonable" price.

That doesn’t sound right, an ISD here is around $50 retail but you can get most for around $40. I’d have to bet that the SSD will come in similar to the X-Wing expansions at $100.

The SSD is 11x larger than an ISD in universe.
You would need a 6’ model to come close. Even sliding scale would probably be 3’. A 3’ model would probably be between $200-$300.
Im more in favor of A mat. either 3’x3’ or 3’x1’ would probably cost $30-$40. Then they could do a 3’x6’ supremacy, or a 28”x28” Mandator IV. Maybe do an X-Wing Raider class size for the finalizer and Raddus.

An SSD twice as big as a Star Destroyer is perfectly acceptable in the "sliding scale" universe of Armada. That puts it, size wise, at about the size of the Tantive in X-Wing, possibly even a bit smaller, and price-wise it should match that: MSRP $85-$100.

I have trouble imagining it not being 100 MSRP. it's just such a "common" price point for their big stuff(maybe that's just in my mind, it's been forever since i looked up the raider/corvette in X-wing).
