Whats the best way to report a missing part from the Core Set?

What are you missing?

I opened up everything and I believe I'm missing the left handle of the AT-RT.

Also, where do I report the missing part?

Normally the customer service area of this site but the page to report missing parts is down. I heard a lot of people had issues with missing or wrong parts in the core set. Maybe everyone reporting there issues overloaded it and it will be fixed tomorrow.

Seems like core sets missing the right side steering handle for the AT-RT is super common. Hopefully they'll roll out a comprehensive missing parts service soon.

Asmodee already has a nifty missing parts service. Unfortunately their web interface for submitting support tickets is down and has been all weekend.. lol

I am one of the right arm is missing crowd. It's a bummer, but I am happy about having the time to mess with magnets for its weapons until his arm shows up before I paint the mini.

I'm one missing the right handle to my AT-ST. But I'm still loving the box set. I can't wait to see an army of stormtroopers.
