Anyone else had any issues with components in the core set?

I got two. The first has two 'male' parts for the range 1 movement tool and the second had an extra stormtrooper leader arm instead of a rocket launcher trooper leg!

To have one of these is mildly annoying but to get two faulty core sets? Full blown annoyed!

FFG customer service will send you new parts if you verify your proof of purchase little cardboard square (white with words on it). Any game from them I’ve played occasionally has a miss-sorted piece, but they always are prompt about replacing it, at least as far as I’ve seen.

Oh yeah,I've had issue with xwing stuff which had always been sorted buy FFG and I have no doubt they will rectify for me but just felt odd to get two cores both with issues.

My kit was missing the loose handle bar for the AT-RT like a lot of other people have reported- Looks like FFG's factories where a little overwhelm3d by how many loose pieces they had to deal with.

My first core set was fine. I haven't opened my second yet.

So far I've lucked out and my core box + the expansions I've checked so far seem to be OK. It sounds like this is a more common occurrence than it should be though - one of the gameshops around me opened a core set and found that it was missing the speeder bike bodies. There are a lot of posts on here about people having two left arms or missing small components. This is the first I've heard about the range rulers being mismatched. I'm going to have to check mine as I didn't think to look at that.

Still, FFG has been stellar with issues I've had in the past. No fussing or drawn out emails back and forth, so if I find a problem, I'm confident it will be resolved quickly. As someone else said, because of all the small parts there are bound to be more packing issues, though the company that packed the parts should probably get a little talking to.

One core -- the parts were all there, though the fit for a lot of the arms has been poor making assembly difficult.

I'm missing a handle I think. But I'll be double checking during assembly of the bikes/ATRT tonight. Vader is missing his light saber arm.

Between my two core sets, all I was missing was one of the little guns that go on the underside of the speeder bikes. I just replaced it with a WWII miniatures cannon that looks a lot better, IMO.

My Vader is deformed and will need to be replaced in my set, it looks like he took a blaster shot in the shoulder.

I've built 2 and they were both fine, but its a bummer you had trouble twice.

Core Set is too balanced. Like every game we played was a tie.

sounds like maybe they gave you kylo ren?

My core set was missing the ATRT handle and one of the speeder bikes was really deformed.

I believe bent plastic can be straightened out by dunking in very hot water and cooling in the right pose, if that's any help.

Turns out mine had two:
-AT-RT had a missing handle (eh, no biggie)
-One Rebel Trooper is missing his arms

Both core sets I bought had every part needed... PLUS an extra Speeder Bike Trooper minus his arms.

I got two core sets, one of each expansion and an extra AT-ST and Airspeeder... not a single problem with anything. Had a couple of problems with Imperial Assault bits in the past, but FFG have always sorted things out without any problem.

Mine was missing the AT-RT handle, but I submitted a claim on Monday (after the site was back up) and got a notification yesterday that it had shipped.
