It's helpful to see these videos to get an idea of what conversions can be simply made. I had thought about cutting both the sergeant and the missile trooper in half from the belt up and using greenstuff to swap their upper bodies.

Thanks. Yeah that would work, will have to investigate chopping them in half too.

Think I had the camera looking at both foreground and background and wasn't focusing well. Learning curve.

That's what I would have guessed was the problem too. Nevertheless, I could make out most of it, and your narration was clear and concise, so it didn't really bother me.

In your opinion, how easy would it be to swap the heads or, at least, to tilt them in another direction?
