I have an ATRT from a Core that's missing the cylindrical leg attachment point and the in-gripped control arm. Anyone else having trouble getting the customer service form to come up? Got through once but it timed out, been 404'd ever since.

Support page not loading.

I put a request in for a missing part yesterday. I've been hearing alot of people missing a small part for a mini or a left arm when should have been a right arm, ect.. Maybe Site got overloaded with all the requests. I'd call Monday.

The web site has been down all day.. I've been trying throughout the day. Got on a few times but would time out when I clicked on the select a game drop down. Then I was getting 504 errors (server). Now it's 404 errors.. with too much info btw, Ubuntu nginx... should probably change their 404 page to something that doesn't say the OS and webserver..

That's as far as I was able to get one time, as well. The rest were 504's until I was able to load but the find game search wouldn't work and now it's 404s.

I'm having the same problem. Got a base game and the ATRT is missing the right handlebar. Tried to access the page to request a replacement, and the page errors out. I can fill in all the info, but when I try to search in the dropdown, it kicks up an error and freezes up.

I was missing this too, along with a pair of the sw_004 stormtroopers

I received two extra stormtroopers but am missing the two female rebel troopers, plus missing the right handle bar for the At-RT :/

Still having issues today. The page loaded, as soon I clicked the game drop down the server stopped responding. Fairly certain that drop down is crashing their web server..

I've been having the same issues, I was able to get in a request for the missing parts on my ATRT and speeder bikes on Friday. Yesterday when I went to the store to play I realized that I only had 2 red attack dice as well and haven't been able to get on since.

Same issues today. Missing a head from a biker scout.
