Stormtrooper squads - missile launcher or DLT19?

Which is better? I rolled the dice around a bit and the three black dice (with 3 re-rolls from aiming, scopes, and the Stormtrooper ability) seem better than two red dice (especially converting to 3 crits instead of 1 against armoured vehicles), but the lack of movement and having to ready the weapon seem two very good reasons not to use the weapon. Now that some people have been playing, what's the verdict?

The dlt allows you to consistently do damage every round. The launcher requires an aim to be as good and needs to be readied and not moved

The HH really limits the maneuverability of the unit but IMPACT3 is really powerful! 5 white and 3 black with 4 rerolls (aim, targeting scopes, precise1) can easily cripple the ATRT which will severely restrict its potency!

I was sceptical at first but seeing it and the ruleset in action my experience so far is that its a well balanced reward! It will be a dedicated anti-armor unit though so if it ends up far from targets the unit can feel a bit useless.

For me I’d probably have dlt squads to launcher squads at a 2:1 ratio

i might even give the dlt squad impact grenades for extra anti-tank weapons. 5 black 2 red with impact 6 gives 4.875 average damage all of it covered by impact. You could easily take out at-rts

Oh yeah, forgot grenade keywords stack! Thats crazy powerful!

At the expense of having to get within range1 though so if they are aware they will stay away, which is a power in itself :)
