Hi, I'm based in new jersey, the arm pit of america, and I got some paints in hobby lobby near the models. They had a full assortment of paints as well as testers spray paints. I got 18 paints for about 50 bucks, so they were probably on sale ( At the middlesex mall in Piscataway).
