Han does have one weakness, Carbonite. I don't think he will be as hardy as Darth Vader or as brutal.

Why settle for one? Stick the Proton Charge in the squad for more abblative wounds to help survive to get into close range, then put the sniper in the weapons team to hang back and provide covering fire.

Yeah, you have the cards and minis for them. I think the org chart cap is 3 special forces units?

I was really bummed that the rebel core troop choice was endor themed and that they didn't save those for the commandos to take the special forces slot. Mind blown, I stand corrected.

The minis and cards are both included in the expansion itself. As I noted elsewhere, the base unit cannot take an additional trooper, so the fifth rifle trooper is included for the Heavy Weapons team.
Endor is my favorite battle setting in the OT, so this Han and special forces is ridiculously tempting.
The top command card in the Han Solo expansion contents image has changed...

That was one of the first things I notice about that squad. So the Rebels have their first overpowered character

He's wearing a greatcoat over a waistcoat, both of which are probably full of ammo. That combination will pretty much make anyone look pudgy...
But hey, at least it's not as bad as Leia's sculpt.
I am holding off judgement on Han and Leia until I see some good painters like sorastro tackle them.
I haven't seen many sculpts of actual people before at this scale, so I don't know how hard it is compared to "generic person" without using expensive 3D scanning.
I've just realised why Han's model looks off.

I'm not....them navy spaceballs looking troops suck compared to stormtroopers.
I'm glad the went with that theme.
I think this has sold me on going all in on the rebels

As soon as I saw them I just assumed they were meant to be the Rebel Troopers in Desert uniform.

Ehhh... as someone who knows a bit about getting realistic faces onto miniatures... that’s a bad one. He looks like... hmmm... there is an actor... name is escaping me... an older, pudgy guy. It’s just... not good.

Seems pretty powerful.
I think Han Solo looks more like The Force Awakens Leia than Han Solo. That face seems way off; IA Han looks better. That said, most of the other minis look good, but something is just not right with him.
