example of my doubt.

I have a movement dial, can I gain raymus token, change it with ashoka to concentrate fire token, then spend dial to movement token?

So Then I can activate next turn et an iff?

if not, there is a way to do it?

Yes you can because Ashoka's effect only says "during the activation...", so it can be used when the ship reveals a command because that step is during it's activation. So all 3 effects (Raymus, Ashoka and turning the dial to a token) can happen at the same time in which case you choose the order of resolution.

Ahsoka also makes a Comm Net GR-75 and omni-token generator in a pinch:

• During the Reveal Command Dial Step:
  • Reveal Dial.
  • Spend dial to gain a matching token.
  • Ahsoka-convert the token into something else.
• (after reveal command dial step)
  • Pass the converted token to someone else.

Its not an ideal usage of her, but it works if you need a bit more flexibility. For example, it allows you to cancel an inopportune Raid token that gets delivered mid-round.
