Imperial SD, Victory SD, Gladiator SD, Venator SD, Quasar-Fire
The typical doctrine of the TIE Fighter is that it served as the Point Defense of the ISD. ISD has no point defense weapon, it's purely all anti capital ship armament. TIE Fighter having no hyperdrive keep cost down AND make it dependent on the mothership so it would keep functioning as her point defense.

In both Legends and Newcanon, the ISD-I has 60 XX-9 turbolaser turrets.
Given how small they are (that's a seat in the first open area, making the turret itself (rotary part, not the whole tower) about 3x4m with 3m gun barrels)
it's plausible that, like on the Death Star, they're anti-starfighter turrets (but unusually small and fast starfighters can still evade fire from them).

They're not necessarily using the Clone Wars versions, they are now using Civil War versions that are depicted on screen during the Civil War timeline. Which includes Rebels.
Now... The only image we have during Rebels of a Venator is a model sitting behind Grand Moff Tarkin. It is technically depicted, but its not... its not actually being used as a ship in that regards...
The last time we see it used is in the Clone Wars timeline... and at the very end of the Prequel Trilogy... So far, its not depicted in the Civil War.
It is name dropped in Thrawn ... But again, its a name drop of the class, and in use... But arguably its tough to tell where Civil War starts, and at least, I feel, when its mentioned in Thrawn, its still Prequel era - given that the whole Thrawn Novel was pre-Rebels, and the Venator section is at the start .
It is also shown in use in the darth vader comic after the battle of yavin.

In Legends these ships have been referred to having the Trench Run Disease. Aka they are incapable of preventing starfighters making a run at them with their guns alone. Point defense cannons have been referred to in many sources, but none are mentioned with regard to the Imperial Star Destroyer.
Edited by AlexhurlbutThe Death Star is the original for Trench Run disease, having proper trenches to be run.
"Has mediocre point-defence because the cannons are too large and slow" makes more sense than "has no point defence at all".
Which is probably why Armada gives Imperial Star Destroyers not very many dice to shoot down fighters with.
