It dosnt come in the box mate, its purely online apparently as they will edit it over time.
I asked the same question when I was going through my box. Everything's covered in the LTP book in the box. Rules reference to be checked for errata etc over time (ill put it on a tablet).
It’s not included, you download it and view or print out, it will be a living document, updated over time.
how odd since they had one with the store demos....but okay.
okay, here we go...the plastic bits that hols the round counter together

in the dice bag.
Found it?
yeah, I'd already thrown the dice bag into a nice leather one I bought at a con for holding dice and order tokens.

No they didn't, the stores that had that printed it out themselves. So did we. Store demos did not come with a rules reference from the distributors i guarantee you that.
I can see why people would like to have the RRG handy and present in the core box but in the long run I think its a much better approach to have a "living document" that is always current and corrected instead of erratas.
I' just gonna send FFG a bill for ink and paper lol

You don't have to print it you know. Most phones should be able to hold a PDF of it. I have it on mine.

Yup but you can't make notes ![]()
You sure can add markups and notes to a pdf.

You can and if you get a cheap or even used Kindle Fire you can have a larger screen and markups as well as notes
Okay fine. I concede, maybe I'm just old school and like paper? *shrugs*
Searchable PDF on an tablet and/or phone.
All my rulebooks in one place and weights in at a few hundred grams, also you can read in the dark as the table is its own light source. As I have gotten older the ability to zoom in is a great feature too.
Destiny has been doing this RRG online only and as that document is both the living rules book, FAQ and errata it is quite convenient for the most part.
