For wife reasons I think I'm going to have to be content with just the core until I get some birthday money in a few weeks.

The thing is I hate not having enough dice. I could probably sneak in a dice set without an issue, but I know the most cost effective way to purchase dice is with a second core because I will want more of those units anyway.

I was wondering if I bought the dice set do you think there will be many 1/2 cores on eBay? I mean just the corps and support units for one faction. How much do you think that would cost?

I'm thinking of a purchasing schedule something like:

Core and dice

T-47 to give the rebel player (probably my son) more points to work with.

1/2 core imperials for list building options. (I'm thinking at this point we will be playing 600 - 700 point games)

At-Rt for alt sculpt and list building.

Imperial expansion for official tournament play.

1/2 core rebels for official play if I don't want to fill in rebels with newer releases.

I'm assuming there probably will be, but I would advise listing yours early on Ebay to beat the rush.

Maybe? More likely to see re-sellers part them out entirely, so each unit is a separate listing. More profit, and appeals to a wider audience.
