How likely are we going to be getting these and when? When were the 2016 ones released?

It looks like the 2016 decks came out in June, with previews in March and April. I haven't seen anything about the 2017 decks, but hopefully something will come across soon!

They were announced this time last year. Beyond that, nobody knows.
