What is the best non unique empire filler max 25 points (no gunboats)

The next tournament I am going to attend is use following rules:

The list must contain 1x Named Pilot and may NOT contain any other named pilots

The list must contain at least 4 ships

Unique Crew / Astromechs is NOT allowed

Large ships are NOT allowed

Max 2x same type of Up-Grade card

What is the best non unique empire filler max 25 points (no gunboats) Tie Striker ?

Kylo bomber shuttle.

tie phantom ?

Alpha Squadron (Tie Interceptor) with Autothrusters for 20 pts?

Good Options:
Royal Guard TIE Interceptor with PTL. 25
Doom Shuttle with Intel Agent. 20
Doom Bomber with Intel Agent. 21
Doom Gamma Vet with Intel and Snap Shot. 25
TIE Punisher with Unguided rockets and Lightweight Frame. 25

Great Options:
Two TIE Fighters. 24
Black Squadron Scout with LWF, Ailerons and Predator. 25
TIE Bomber with Harpoons, Extra Munitions and Long Range Scanners. 22

The only non-gunboat filler worth playing competitively:
Sienar Specialist with TLT, LWF. 25

Yes the Sienar Specialist look strong

How are you getting a doom shuttle out of 20 points? The Lambda is 21 base.

I'm pretty sure you can get a decent Deathfire out of 25 points.

Lambda 21 + vader 3 + Intel Agent 1 =25

Oh, derp, yeah.

The Doomshuttle fits into 25, but Astech's post said 20.

Another interesting thought is a Punisher with LWF and UGR (and Collision Detector). It's solidly efficient jouster. Just drive it slowly towards the enemy focusing every turn, K turn, repeat. It's not the most amazing thing in the world, but it's big and solid and it'll do solid damage.

I've yet to try it myself though, because my 'fill these points' value has always been 23 or less.

I think some of the posters missed this part.

2X Academy is nothing to sneeze at.

Gamma Vet bomber with EM, deadeye and Cruise.

Zeta specialist with title leaves 2 points so either fire control system or light weight frame to go offense or defense, or go Primed thruster & Tie Mk II if you are worried about stress.

It depends on the rest of your list - and TIE Strikers are a trap. (cue the famous Ackbar quote).

i like how practically everyone ignored the no unique bit lol.

25pts and no uniques (card or crew) and no gunboat is honestly probably best used for 2 Academy bumperties. Except for gunboats, i cant think of anything worth bothering that cheap that doesnt involve a unique of some sort. Sabaac for example is perfect for that, but he's a unique.

Bombershuttle with Fleet Officer and Systems Officer and Mk2 is 22 points. But tough to coordinate with the rest of the squad. It's one of those ships that feels like it should be great but just doesn't quite carry its own weight.

Two academy ties would probably be your best bet.
