The idea behind this is if you start really slow and stack focus' then you can get Tel to have at range 1 a 5 dice attack and 3 defence dice agaist a ship without a focus coz Pablo will have taken it.

What do you think as a casual list as I know the HWK is never going to be meta without.

Now here's the thing - Opportunist is $#!+. So is Bodyguard. Palob is fun though, as is Tel. I guess I just think the combo isn't likely to excel, especially because so many ships are token-independent these days. But the ships could make for a fun squad.

I can't say I'm a fan of opportunist either. You could knock it down to a lower EPT and bump the turret up to something like an ion cannon for control. You'd probably have to change you crew for the HWK. 4-lom! Now your both ioned, lol. You could also throw on pulsed ray shield and get regen. Your ioned with 4-lom, now you can be super ioned.

Or mindlink Tel and Palob. That would open up a lot of points for shenanigans.

Maybe put Dengar on Pablo and give Tel the Gonk treatment?

Vectored Thrusters or Cloaking Device is also nice on Pablo. Or both ;-)
