Might be more of a rules question. So with this on a raider does it just affect the section they are on or both sections? Simply trying to figure out what points I have and where.
Ordinance Tubes
It affects the whole ship. And bear in mind that each ship can only have one modification (barring Vaksai and Royal Guard titles specifically allowing more). Some squad builder programs treat each half of a Raider or CR90 as seperate ships and let you add a 2nd mod. Don't get caught out like that.
Also there is a large difference between Ordinance (meaning a rule or order) and Ordnance (meaning things that tend to go 'boom'). This annoys a large group of us nerds, whilst other nerds fail to notice the difference. I think it depends on whether you are pedantic (and a bit OCD) or dyslexic...

Appreciate the tip. Also to your quote auto-correct is a thing too.
Remember though in the case of the Raider or CR-90 the missile or torpedo will be limited to firing arc of the section it's equipped to (like any hard-point).

Possibly. However I think that the pedantic/OCD crowd would correct their autocorrect while the others won't notice. I am willing to allow for other reasons/groups though.
PS the vast majority of posters in the main forum seem to be ordinators rather than ordnance experts so I accept that it's a losing cause trying to get leopards to change their shorts.

Leopards ware skorts. It's Cheetahs that wear shorts. Their completely different, irregardless of what you may have heard.

ord'nance is sometimes spelled ordinance, and the correct spelling is actually ordunance or ordenance, but over time people stopped using the U or E. from my understanding its french by way of old english, and our spelling is a hack job anyway.
if you read historical fiction or history its often spelled with a vowel in the middle.
anyway I get what you're saying, but its kinda like people getting snooty about how to spell Chi/qi. the answer is both ways, but one way is more prevalent.

You are literally making my head explode with that sentence.
And if I were to get chi/qi, I would point out that leopards wear leotards, panthers ware Grranimals, and cheetahs are often caught with their pants down because the are a little off-kilt-er.
get ready for some serious Rule torpedoes
Attack: Preform this attack as much as you like, you may roll attack dice equal to the number of entries in the FAQ section, you may change all of these results too crits, the defender cannot cancel your {critical} results with any effect.

However, even though the CR-90 has a 360 arc, you can't shoot missiles or torps out of it, only the printed section.

this, one of my opponents tried to shoot single turbolasers directly in front of him, had to remind him that the turret is only the primary
