Yep. Top cut brings back all 6 missions into the pool and they were picked at random.

After the 5 round , the pool of Maps and mission was redraw from zero

Its relative indeed. Your opponent is also more likely to already be out of cards bc of the rest of the strain you dish out.
Not like the list will take Worlds by storm, but Im trying out a variation tomorrow for the heck of it
