I have a quick question which I am sure has been answered before. However I cant find it anywhere having searched, so apologies in advance.

My question is, do you have buy the upgrades in the force power tree for each force power. For example if I have purchased two ranks of Range in Influence, do those Range increases also apply to, say Misdirect, or do I have to buy them again in the Misdirect tree?

Range says ‘equal to Range upgrades purchased’ so does this mean purchased from other trees or only from the one it is featured in?

Each Force power is its own separate tree, so upgrades purchased for one power don't carry over to other powers.

So in your example, those two instances of Range upgrade you bought for Influence won't carry over to Misdirect, so if you want to use Misdirect at longer ranges, you'd need to purchase the Range upgrades listed for Misdirect.
