Wanted to know if Teroch borrows focus tokens gained by Guri's ability and if merc copilot can interact with HLC... I mean, Can you get a crit by Merc Copilot with the Heavy Laser Cannon?

Are we talking Old Teroch fighting against Guri? in that case it depends on initiative. The player with the initiative would resolve his ability first so if Guri had initiative he would get his Focus and then Old Teroch would remove it but if Old Teroch had initiative he would remove any other tokens Guri might have then Guri gets his Focus.
Mercenary Copilot works fine with Heavy Laser Cannon because HLC ONLY changes crits to hits on the original roll of the dice, anything that creates crits after that including rerolls and abilities remain crits.

Didn't wanted to start another thread so... I have another question regarding scum pilots.
Do Nym activates the bombs he ignores? Or he can pass over those and the bomb remain in place?
