That...seems really well balanced. I was going to suggest trading Determination for a better EPT, but it works well with Greedo.

It saved my behind the last match I played. Another game I played with this list the Greedo/Determination synergy eliminated six damage.

I could see swapping out Thermal Detonators. The ability to use Genius (and stress opponents a tonne) looks really nice, but it's a lot of points. Going double-Seismic or Bomblet Generator would give you points for an Engine Upgrade (once you tap into the bid points), which would be pretty cool with Accuracy Corrector Autoblaster.

It'd also be interesting to consider Trajectory Simulator. Tossing bombs before you move you can then ignore in your final destination is potentially nice, but it might not suit how everyone flies.

Determination seems cool. Might be worth trying Fearlessness for a game or two, but I could see sticking with Determination/Greedo.

One last thought would be to replace Burnout SLAM with something like Hotshot Blaster. I'm a big fan of Burnout on YVs--particularly when built without Engine Upgrade--since it gives a big burst of repositioning which can get your arc back for a few turns. But you already have Engine, so there's a bit of overlap in what they do. Burnout still does some things better than Engine, but I think it's worth considering if something which adds to the list in a really different way.

I can't say any of those are better, but maybe things to think about.
