Hearing rumors and seeing a pic for FFG / GF9 on Facebook preprinted terrain. I snapped a screen shot. I would take it as rumour for now.
Hoth Terrain and Desert Terrain and something else I have no idea about.

That was my first thought and there is certainly some similarities, but nothing that matches 1-1 from the screen shot. Again this was reported on FB I grabbed a screenshot to share, but we already seen moisture evaporators and none of these are a stretch really.
They are definitely Galeforce9 “battlefield in a box”. I saw some pictures a few days ago on Facebook. I’ll see if I can find them again.

Actually I'd argue that the Hoth gun turrets are a pretty substantial stretch. I'm not buying that FFG would give the green light on terrain that could potentially be future units in game. If it's legit, it's more likely that GF9 is doing this on their own without FFG involvement.
This is all GF9, right? My understanding was that GF9 is making this as generic space battlefield terrain without specifically having a Star Wars license from FFG or Lucasfilm/Disney. Is that right or are they actually partnering with FFG?
To make this they don’t need to pay a license. They announce it like generic sci-fi scenography for 30mm miniatures.
What's the cost

You can have my Golan Arms DF.9 Defense Turret when you pry it (and the stl file that creates it) from my cold dead hands.
It is indeed GF9 terrain "Battlefield in a box" at apparently $25 a box with it all being pre painted.

$25 A BOX, the generators can be linked together.

Except those turrets are all too obviously duplicates of the Hoth rebel turrets. It beggars belief that those items are any form of generic.
These look really nice, and the price point for painted terrain is really enticing. A quick paint job and it would fit perfectly with the Imperial Terrain stuff. Does anyone have more info on this? I went to GF9's FB page but couldn't find anything. I also searched the internet but my Google-Fu is weak.
The desert parts look poor but the generators and defense towers look great. Either way $25 for the set is great
I own some GF9's terrain from their "battlefield in a box" collection. It is very well done and heavy cast to the point that the terrain pieces can be used as self defense weapons in real life. They are that thick and heavy.
