I'm really liking the foundation of this build, I use the Norra all the time and it's a favorite of mine, Wedge usually has Expertise, and the third ship is usually Jan Ors. However, while Jan does help a lot with offense, she is not very dependable on her own. So I want to change her out for someone who's a bit more flexible and can work alone if it comes to that in the end game. Ello seems like a strong idea, very maneuverable, stays at PS9 with the other two, and can still use FFA after the T-roll if needed. I figure optics and black one are pretty important for him to be a pretend Poe, but it doesn't leave me with a lot for Wedge. I don't want to go PS11 with him, so VI is out. I want more offense. Predator will require dropping BO.... ideas?

Expert handling and Ellusiveness are both in the running, but I don't like limiting Wedge's dial with stress...

Trick Shot or Intensity. Intensity pairs ok with FAA, even if you only trigger it once or twice a game to Boost/Barrel Roll in to range one, focus and target lock. Wedge will wreck someone’s world.

Lone Wolf and flank? It'll improve Wedge's toughness a lot of the time, as well as offense. With Flight Assist, he ought to be fast enough to actually flank. An X-Wing without a boost probably can't flank too well.

Personally, I might just stuck with VI, but that's me.

With Ello, I'm not sure if I'd rather have Advanced Optics or Autothrusters. Actually, with Trick Shot or A Score To Settle on Wedge, Ello could take both. A Score To Settle is probably going to play a lot like Expertise Wedge. Meanwhile, Ello becomes tankier against turrets, which is pretty nice with the ease at which his T-Rolls can bring him out of arc.

What about snap shot and have a nice area denial? 2 red die are effective with -1 green.

Or go defensive with Debris Gambit

Lone Wolf is a strong consideration @theBitterFig and one I was thinking of using anyways. But Snapshot isn't bad either... I'll try both and see what my mileage is like.

I really like this list, Wiredin! X-wings, baby! Looks good, maybe consider throwing a Crackshot on Wedge. Its one-shot, but with Wedge's -1 it might really sting?

I've never put Snap Shot on the table, but here I think it has a better chance of hitting than on many lists, since Wedge's pilot ability will still happen. 2 red dice without mods are weak, but when compared to fewer green die...

It's also interesting with Wedge being high and not low PS. You won't catch people in traps cunningly set, but you'd be more likely to ward space. Most opponents will know "I can't fly here, because I know where Wedge is" but that's something you might be able to use to advantage.

Seems like it'd be interesting to try.

it is an interesting mind game for sure.... I'm going to try it and see where it goes.

Wedge and Norra have given me a lot of success as a pair. I'm going to continue down the rabbit hole as long as possible. The look on peoples faces when they one round most ships is pretty awesome.
