I've been wondering what I could paint a Lambda to look like/be. My thoughts were to paint it black and add highlights, but that doesn't seem to work as well for me.

Personally, I find it hard to paint any of my Imperial ships anytging other than just highlighting what they already have.

I think my Lambda might end up with turbolaser-green stripes, but that woukd be it.

First Order colours (Black primary, white secondary, red accents) also look awesome on Imperial large bases.

I know this may not be within Imperial Standards, but how about some bird wings painted on? It could be somewhat subtle like a dark or medium grey over a lighter grey.

I mean if the Chimera can have a custom paint job, why not a a Lambda Shuttle?

If modding isn't off the table you could make a battle damaged Lamba.

Possibly something like this, but with a Lamba instead?

I did a cloak scheme for mine. Interesting thing, today my dog ate my fluid mask and almost got to my minis!

She'll be fine though (both dog and lambda)

If your not against doing up some battle damage....there' an old comic book that had boba fett flying in a junked up lambda.

Looked pretty great. But of course now I can' find the image.

Well, it was missing wings and such.

A big *** symbol on the wings is great.

One of these day I need to post pictures of my "Llama Lambda" on here...

Mine are black with purple stripes. Looks a bit more menacing than the original white. Also, if you are into any kind of freehands or other fancy painting, the Lambda is basically a canvas to show off your talent. Use it!

So the Lambda started out painted so I can't do battle damage without repainting anyways...
