Correct, they are “full art” cards.

That being said, FFG declares and considers them “ Alt Art “ if we don’t, which factors into planning of duplicates and lack thereof.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I don't really like the Phantom alt-art card. The Enhanced Hangar Bays on the other hand looks awesome. I'll have to get at least 3 of those

Nope, Phantom AA is not that good. There's already better art out there.
