we are thinking of using the dark glyphs in rtl is it possible?

and how they work?

th eoverlord chose a gluph and then it will spawn in every level or just in one level of the dungeon?

They work exactly the same as in the base game.

I'm not sure if its is explicitly spelled out anywhere in the rules or the FAQ/GLoAQ, but the consensus I have seen is that you buy one Dark Glyph for the dungeon because when you spend the Treachery to upgrade cards it is done so at the start of the dungeon, not each level. You only get one glyph, because it costs 2 Treachery to buy one glyph, so if you used it every floor you would essentially be spending 6 Treachery .
