@warmdown - a bunch of the 186th are going to be practicing at Dark Sphere (in South London, near Lambeth North) tonight. You're more than welcome to join.
I'm going, get my stuff packed now. Finally shaken off the pre-even jitters with my list and am set to have fun with it no matter how I do.

Whilst packing mine I was restraining myself from changing them completely. I currently have six lists packed with variations, all of which I’ve flown this year! I’ve got two more I really want to run as well. Think I’ll have to do Euros.

I currently have four lists packed in my travel bags. I'm going to have to whittle it down with some serious rock/paper/scissors/lizard/Spock before registration this time! 
I've got my main event list set, but I've got three different Hangar Bay/Hyperspace Qualifier options that all have their charms. I just need to see how many I can actually fit in the case I'm bringing with me...

A very successful first day. Well done to Alex and his team, it's been smooth and well-organised.
