Not a rules question, but a design one. why was Chimera worded to exclude cymoon? if 2 fleet command slots are broken, why not word Chimera instead as "If your upgrade bar does not have a (fleet command) icon, it gains 1 (fleet command) icon." How stronk would Chimera be on a cymoon chasis(with the edited wording above) such that they had to be exclusive from each other?

Plus I don't think 2 fleet commands would be broken. Good, yes, in some lists, but hardly broken.

Besides it would take some work to keep both active so yeah not broken.
I'm guessing it was determined that the Cymoon would be under-costed with this ability between its long range stand-off potential and the ability to switch out Fleet Commands on the fly. A Cymoon plus Chimera title plus cheap command comes to 121, just one point more than the ISD2. I think they wanted the ISD2 to have the Chimera title if used for long range.

I think comms net, make that dual slot a different animal, on top of the chimiera ability to change those mid battle would make it just a little crazy..... At least that's how I see it playing out, not sure if that's how it would go. 2 cymoon ISDs 2 goz, over 100 points to buy upgrades, admiral, and whatever else you want. Dunno but I would like to hear this played in an actual game the way we're talking about to see if it's as worrying as I actually think it is
