It was an excellent game and you played it well. As you mentioned elsewhere, you have become a much stronger player over the last year, which has been cool to see.

I learned a bit about that fleet I was using from our game. I wanted to see what would happen if I went after your squads and in doing so went away from my own strengths. It was a good lesson.

I've seen the same. I'm currently running an Assault Pelta with Intensify Firepower, Two Torpedo Hams w/ WAB, Jaina's Light, and a Toryn Far flotilla plus a mess of squadrons. The hammerheads hang on JUST long enough to really mess up the big ships, and they're so cheap, losing them is no big deal.

Barring EWS :/ See that across from your crit bearing hammerheads with a single red die and prepare to be sad lol

MSU solution to EWS: It only protects 1 arc. Approach so you can shoot multiple arcs. EWS countered.

That works with cr90’s, less so with a TFA hammerhead wall in formation in front of a pelta w/ sato, with LOS only to an ISD’s front arc, which is obstructed. Perfect storm, sure, but it can be exceedingly frustrating lol

The regionals data says no... but I'm sure there will be overwhelming anecdotal/in a vacuum arguments that say that MC30s and Corvettes/Raiders are totally crushing face.

I find one round is all I need (they're in close/medium range after that). But I only use two, so it's cheaper for me.
