Hello, say i am Vader and perform an attack with Luke.

1. What Surges do i use for the attack? Do i get +1 Damage ?

2. Do i use Luke's abilities text?

3. Can i play my general command cards , e.g for rerolling dice during this attack ?

You are using that figure, so you use all the abilities associated with that figure. You would get the +1 damage from luke, and you would use his surges.

You can play a command card as long as it meets the figures requirements. E.G. if you use luke to attack and you are holding mitigate, you can use mitigate.

All abilities of the figure you attack with are available.

2.Yes, but there is none for either Luke that would apply. (You are performing an attack, not a special action.)
3.No. You can only play command cards (with a restriction box) on friendly figures, and the figure you attack with is hostile towards everyone.

Conditions and power tokens are figure's abilities, so conditions affect the attack normally and you can spend a power token from the figure on the attack.

Are there any command cards you can play, then? Don't most have a "restriction box," even if it says "any figure" in it?

Probably not attack-related ones, just wanted to have the full rule there.
