No, but I think DCO is going to be used more with all the new crit effects. Unfortunately it takes that much sought after officer slot.
I love DCO but man is it finicky. In my practice games for regionals I got whooped on by a lot of APT spam lists. So I brought DCO in my final list. Then I played 4 people without a single unique crit effect.
But the potential to shut down a big crit blast could still be crucial in some games!
Its basically a 1+3 that we see done with Star Destroyers, but more oriented toward defense. Squads do more work than the Interdictor. Its strength is that BTA has a hard time killing it with all the defensive tech.

I suppose the new Strategic adviser gives people a little more security against being out activated and then Last/First hit over a turn break. Having said that I didn't take one as I couldn't free up the points and didn't want Adar Tallon on a flotilla. I used to play 400/400 but recently ditched bright hope to get a 2 point bid and it got me first player choice twice at the event. I like going first but won't bid much to do so.

Agreed on not bidding too much. The list I ran there I'd been running about a 10-15pt bid in previous versions. But then if someone wants to go first more than you do, they'll bid more, and there were improvements I could make using those points. Last weekend in Stirling I had a 4pt bid and got 1st player on all 3 games (can't recall if that was my choice, or if anyone had given me 1st at any point). If there's nothing left to cut from the list and the objectives are fine for you then I'd normally rather get all the upgrades I want into the list and deal with first or second player once it happens.

Thanks for posting the lists. When you have a second, can you recheck list #7? I seem to be missing a 4 point upgrade.
As the lowest squad value for stockton in the top 8, I will admit I was struggling to fit more in but didn't know what to drop.
@Jammers in 10th took a squad free build and I think was a few tiny mistake off top 8.

List 15, @elbmc1969 was right (He sees into the future, it's an old Jedi trick), the Nebulon was Yavaris.
