Whoa, so the rumors were true...
As a Phoenix player who plays with Crab as my secondary deck, I couldn’t be happier with this pack...

Well, the rumours did miss that it was a Forced reaction, and thus affects the Crab player as well.

No biggie. I mean, sure, I’m crab and I have to sacrifice someone. How about this Kaiu Envoy? 1 card & 1 Fate sounds great! Even better if I have Taka on board. But I only have big chars, you say? Well, luckily there’s a reprieve in my hand. Oh, and an Iron Mine in my provinces...
Nice to see a Crab wall sword (don't call it a Zanbato or both the Crab and Unicorn may end up mad) show up in art.
Forced reaction is such a minor thing on this card. Always liked Amoro. Especially when he turned to the dark side.
And now, everyone's favorite song
When a.......
bezerking crab gives you a big stab....that's Amoro
When he's still on your side but is glad that you died....that's Amoro
Best get out of his way friend or foe he will slay....that's Amoro
Fu Leng's got his eye on this most killingest guy............
That's
Amorooooooooooh
Thank you. I'm here all week. Don't forget to tip the staff.
Edited by Ishi TonuThat's pretty thematic that he hit's both players potentially considering IIRC in the prior lore Amoro's problem was he cut down friend and foe on the battlefield. The Bloody Nine of the L5R world.
Edited by phillosAfter Tadakatsu and Amoro, I’m wondering if we’ll be seeing more “double-edged” characters. As a casual player, I hope so!
It’s like intimidating Hida but with less uses.
I would consider playing him more if he was 2 political.
Like I said when he was partially spoiled: I prefer versatility, which Amoro does not. He does fill a niche, but a consequential one, and it's difficult to build a deck around him. I'll stick with Intimidating Hida.
