Hello, in cards like Vaders Finest , or Call the Vanguard , can i use only one of the two conditions eg move only or focus only?

Οr is it mandatory that i have a Harmful Condition first as a prerequisite to use both texts of the card?

1. You don't have to move, as movement is not a cost, but the effect of the cards (also notice, that you can basicly perform move and finish in the same space (unless you have 1 move :D)

2. You don't have to have a harmfull condition, as it's not a cost. There was very same rulling concerning 0-0-0 invasive proceduer - you don't have to be adjacent to figure, that can tak damage, strain and bleed to focus yourself.

Performing a move gives you movement points according to Speed. Outside of your activation you must spend them immediately or forfeit them.

With Call the Vanguard you can perform the move and attack in the order of your choice. You can choose to not spend any of the movement points.

Abilities don't have prerequisites other than costs which are needed to be able resolve the ability. You don't need to be able to perform any or all parts of the ability to activate it (provided you pay the cost), you simply perform as much as you can. Costs include, but are not limited to, exhaust, deplete, action(points), suffer strain or damage, discard card or token.
