Uh... I don't know. Have you tried checking the manual? (I'd do it but I'm bogged down in the FAQ proofreading— I did that for at least ten hours today, I'm taking my break now ;') and here I thought I was going to be on vacation today).

Yes, it's in the bloody manual, haha. For some reason I skipped right over the handy "Arrested in Innsmouth" heading and spent a while poring over the Martial Law section instead.
