Swarm Leaders additional dice goes into effect at Step 2 of the timing chart correct? Which would me Rebel Fenn, Omega Leader etc. does not affect adding dice correct, since those abilities do not trigger until step 3. I am taking a Swarm Leader card to Regionals this weekend and just want to make sure I get this interaction correct.

Swarm Leader adds dice. Rebel Fenn prevents the spending of dice modifying tokens. Omege leader prevents modifying dice.

Adding dice set to specific results is modifying, adding dice before rolling (to roll them) is not a dice modification.

Yup any rolling of additional dice is not modifying. Only adding a specific result, changing a result, or rerolling is modifying.

Otherwise OL would deny range bonuses....
