Hi all I am new to dark heresy and I am going to be a gm there is going to be me and 2 other guys and I was wondering where I could find some more quests I do have the main book and the inquisitors hand book so thanks

there are several premade adventures created by FFG. check the products list. You can also find a couple of free ones on the support page and one is included with most of the rulebooks released.

Since you are new to the game and have the core rulebook and IH I would recommend you start off with either "Illumination" in the back of your core book or "Edge of Darkness" available for free download on the FFG support page.

Definitely get free Edge of Darkness adventure from Dark Heresy support, possibly the best official DH adventure ever (well... I just got Damned Cities and altough I just skip throught them, they are looking REALY intriguing... much more then House of The Dust and Ash and Tattered Fates combined)

In addition, I would like to point you at "Brutal Lament" (one the 2009-FFG-RadicalScenario-Contest-Finalist... ****, I LOVE such words!). It can be found under "Scenario" in the "Support" section of the "DH" section of the FFG-Main-Site (click "Catalog" up there, go "DH" and then support)

While it does lack some kind of "established middle part" (other then passing up and down in a hive and having a couple of random rather encounters) it is powerlevel-written with "fresh pc" in mind and features (for as the GM reading it) one of the most impressive set of pencil drawn graphis I have ever seen in a non-profit fan module
