My 1st Orc Deck

Having had the game for a few weeks, I'm starting to get into deck building, this is my first attempt at an Orc deck. It has a 50 card limit for resource reasons rather than a strong feeling that you must have minimum deck sizes (only have 50 deck protectors, no more in stock atm)

(Deathmaster's Dance isn't available in the UK atm)

I have 3 times Warpstone in my deck, no night goblins and lots of skaven.

Got same as you as in uk still waithing for Deathmasters dance.

Will post my deck tomorrow.

Here it is

UNITS x 30

3 x Lobber crew - great played early otherwise just used for extra resource.

2 x Followers of Mork - Key unit to boost others in the deck and makes use of war paint.

3 x Squig herders - Keep in hand intill something is damaged.

3 x Black orc squad - The one unit I would happily take out but for now used to defend other rush decks.

3 x Spider riders - The best!!

2 x Boar boys - Great for taking damage from followers best in the deck IMO wish I had 3.

3 x Crooked teeth goblins - rush.

1 x Urgok - plays to kingdom normally.

1 x Big uns - makes the boar boys even better.

1 x Urgok Beardburna - Takes some gives more.

1 x Ironclaws horde - Not sure this has a place, somtimes helps with the final push.

3 x Clan rats - makes Thanquol a killer, stick them in quest for max cards.

1 x Clan moulders elite - 2 resorce for 2/5!!!!! Getting more of these babys!

1x Rat ogre - Uncorrupts all the Clan rats.

1 x Greyseer Thanqual - Only attack when there is no chance of getting killed.

1 x Poison wind Globadiers - Not sure about this but makes Thanqual harder!

SUPPORTS x 12.

3 x Contested village - in every deck IMO.

3 x Warpstone Excavation - Stick them in the quest zone with the Clan rats let it burn!

2 x Choppa - hurts.

1 x Totem of Gork - Real game winner with many cheap units.

1 x Grimgors camp - Free spider riders!!

2 x War paint - makes the boars real deadly, 1 x damage on a boar gives power 4 HP 3 and Toughness one with Big uns, stick a choppa on as well....

TACTICS x 9.

2 x Wez Bigga - gets the Boars down early and with that important 1 damage!

3 x Favour of mork - Makes little units last, makes boars even harder.

1 x Troll vomit - In case its going wrong.

1 x pillage - maybe not, but can help.

1 x smash go boom - can burn two zones in one turn if used well.

1 x Waagh - never use early, save for the win.

? x Mob up - do you bother?? against dorfs yes otherwise not sure..

Well, I will not pretend to be an expert at Warhammer Invasion, but my Orc Deck has won nearly every of the about 20 to 30 games I have plyed with it, and it is quit similiar to your deck, DavidTJ. I think it is quite good. "Uz greenszkinz don“t need da ratz-thingyz, wez have teh goblinz." ;)

Yeah, BadgertheKing's deck isn't a pure Orc deck...more like a Skaven/Orc hybrid. :)
