We are trying to wait to start a new campaign for Ultimate Power to come out... Does anyone believe think it will be out before April?

Before April? Almost certainly not. In April sometime? Maybe. I'd put it, generously, around 25% that the book is released in April.

And can we stop asking this question? The tear in my heart is ripped own anew every time it's brought up...

You're not alone. I've ceased plans to horde xp until the book's release. Partly because I no longer expect it any time soon, and partly because I have a feeling that - with my luck - the moment that bank of points hits zero, the book will release.

You'll be Ok my book doesn't arrive till at least December.

What I do in the games I run is offer a "Re-spec" token so that when new content is released, players can retool their character with my approval 1 time any way they want, so long as they keep the same general theme to the character. (Force Sensitive Mechanic, ex Jedi duelist, Sundari Shaman turned sith acolyte, etc...).
