So, why would you build ugly hybrids like this? Well, if you have some CR90s that have their rear hulls and engines smashed, and some that have their front hulls and bridge module smashed, you can take the salvageable sections and graft them onto GR-75s. You should get a somewhat faster, if far clumsier, ship, and the bridge of a CR90 should be far more suitable for combat, or almost anything, than even an upgraded bridge on a freighter.

There's precedent for taking the front and rear sections of two airplane that have been badly damaged and mating them:

Sure, it's two of the same model of aircraft, but you get the drift.

So, what do we have for ship stats?

It looks like they still have the GR-75 bridge as well. And I don't see any turbolasers, so they are probably as lightly armed as the GR-75.

For stats, I would give them 2 shields up front (for the CR-90 bridge section) and 1 everywhere else. I would give them the same nav chart as the CR-90 (so max speed 4). I would give them all of the upgrade slots of a GR-75 plus the Support Team slot (though the Weapons Team could be interesting instead). Command 1, Squadron 2, Engineering 2. No anti-ship batteries, 1 black anti-squadron. And I'd probably make them another flotilla. I don't know how many points I would cost this at.
