As the intro states the game is a post humanity setting, it depicts corporation run system of "government", though I use the term loosely. It also uses anthropomorphic characters to tell the story. If anyone is interested I have set up the races, items, and other odds and ends from the setting for your pleasure. I haven't however written out the setting as I cannot put it as eloquently as Mr. Fraser, and I highly recommend supporting his work
