When you say at-at guy do you mean at-at or A-T-A-T? I will be offended depending on your answer.

sorry to assume your hyphens.

Just see the total number of posts on the forum for each game. Shows a sample of how enthusiastic we are/often we play the game(s). We are second behind X-wing. Twitter does not show the whole picture. :)

If you are going to go that route, you also need to divide total post count by years of forum existence to find which is the more popular, as more posts on average per year is a much greater metric.

id do it for you, but I’m currently being forced to sit in a freezer.

well, simply considering that IA came out earlier than Armada, it would seem that Armada by posts is more popular that IA.

I'm lazy to count against X-wing :P

not gonna lie, "squads" is a really fitting name for that game. Legion's scale boggles my mind

"you remember that fight where 12 snow troopers fought 12 random rebel people in forest camo on Tatooine? Remember the AT-AT guy was walking around on foot commanding them against A F'ING JEDI!".

Edit: It was brought to my attention that "AT-AT guy" might be offensive to some. I'll instead refer to him as "Kevin" because I don't know, or care about, his name.

Listening to @Crabbok 's recent list building videos, it sounds like a full-sized game (beyond the core set) features about as many models as a 40k match between relatively elite armies, with roughly 30-40 infantry models to a side plus vehicles and individual characters.
