[Mod] Supremacy v.1.5

Alright!

Supremacy 1.5 is here, the cumulation of all edits and patches and adjustments since our last release. This is our "Stable" release, which means barring a few minor quick-patches, it's the last release for the next month until the release of version 2.0.0, "Wave 2".

What's next for Version 2.0.0

  • Wave two is on the horizon, TIE Interceptors, A-Wings, and a few special guests
  • Expanded armory of turret and cannon weaponry
  • Balance adjustments
  • An Online Squad builder (A working Alpha proof of concept version has been developed and is working currently with wave 1 cards, we're readying this for release in wave 2.0)
  • Professionally Print-ready cards
  • New Pilots, New Upgrade cards, New Ethos cards, and a new faction!

    How you can help:
    Have a few games! See if it's fun, and if it isn't, let us know what you think can be done to make it more fun! We can't incorporate every edit, and some have to be approached as a longer-term change, but I'll try my best to use any information to improve the game. That's why we do it :)

Awesome! Love it! Question: where did you get that Tie Bomber bombing Mon Calamari art? I'd love to use that for a custom card I'd make for myself (I like making custom cards for my enjoyment)

It's one of the quarterly kit arts for Armada:

In general you can find a lot of the art from the artists' pages, if you're ever looking for more.

A small patch, with some helpful clarifications to Turrets and Bombs.

Effectively, every turret in the game behaves like a synced turret out of arc.

Turrets:
Ion Turret now reads:
Attack: Attack 1 ship or
Attack (Target Lock): Attack 1 ship outside your primary firing arc. If this attack hits, the target ship suffers 1 damage and receives 1 ion token. After dealing damage, remove 1 shield token from the defender. Then cancel all dice results.


This clears up some confusion about wordings, and gives a friendly reminder to every pilot in game that this is how the turret works.

To dodge the turret, stay at R3, give the target ship a better target to shoot at, or use an EPT like Expert Handling to shed those locks.

Bombs:
Cleared up some clumsy wording on how the bomb drop uses a 1 movement template.
