Send FFG an E-mail, they may replace it. If not, I heard a rumor that there's someone out there making them out of acrylic, they look pretty sharp from what I can tell.

The customer service portal specifically states that they do not provide replacements for stuff that has been lost, sadly

I have heard a bunch of stories of people getting replacements. My friend got both a new base, pig and cardtile for a tid Phantom model ge bought 2nd hand

The other issue of course is postage, since I don't live in the states

My friend lives in Sweden so it's not impossible ☺️

It was a Saturday night, laundry day is Sunday. Also, one of those is a blanket I threw off the couch cause it was like 67°F that night.

I forgot to take pictures last week but I had two of these on the mat at once. True beauty.

Send in the support ticket. I let someone borrow a tile from my son's new scum and villany x-wing set and we left without getting it back. Told ffg I would pay for a replacement, they just sent me the lost part. I have had several dealings with them since then. A broken tie that came in my armada core set and a broken peg that I broke, both replaced without question. In fact, they sent two replacement pegs. They may be terribly slow releasing new toys for me to make pew pew sounds with but they are beyond spectacular with customer service.
