I found one RPG play-though using Twilight Imperium as a background. But I was wondering if there were any podcasts on either lore or strategy of Twilight Imperium?

The only one that I know of currently is Space Cats Peace Turtles. I've been listening to them for a while now and they are pretty good. Currently they are doing a bunch of 1st round strategies.

I recommend SCPT. A definite highlight to my week.

Robofish, they also mention you a bunch in This Imperial Life and the errata portions.
