I flew a pair of Blue Squadron Pilots with Linked Batteries and a pair of Kashyyyk Defenders with Wookie Commandos tonight.

Harpoons obviously would keep me from flying as close together as I did, but it still seemed vaguely viable. What else in the meta would wreck this list as is?

Any good use for those last two points? I liked the symmetry, and couldn’t honestly figure out any even remotely useful upgrades to add.

B-Wing E/2 and Courier Droids are 1 point, but I don't think they'd be that important.

Electronic Baffle on the B-Wings might be nice. Discarding the stress from a red move would be painful for a damage, but B-Wings have good hit points for the cost and having a focus or a barrel roll at the key time might be great one out of every few games.

It's not symmetrical, but putting a Seismic Torpedo in the list has potential. Place a big asteroid say, 3-3 from one corner, and deploy in that corner. Blow up the asteroid on the first turn, to have a big, wide-open playground. It might be good if you turtle your list. You've got a great Final Salvo, so your opponent would be forced to come at you, and you can be sure that happens on your open turf. I've heard of someone doing that with a Bossk list back in the day using a Scyk.

Again non-symmetric, but having an Intelligence Agent might be handy. Provide information for how your B-Wings should barrel roll, and how the Auzitucks should reinforce.

As to overall performance, I don't know if it's better than Magic Carpet's 4x Auzituck, but it's at least more interesting. Your opponents will still have trouble killing all your ships quickly even if the B-Wings are easier to kill than the Wookiees, but if your B-Wings get arc, they do hit a little harder than the Auzitucks.

I dig it but I think it's worth exploring the two or three point crew options. Wookiee Commandos are only decent if you don't have points for squeezing other crew in... but you do.

Try not to be hung up on symmetry but if you can't get past it then 2 Tacticians instead of Wookiees is solid and will provide a lot better value. Other options are Rey which is straight up better. Or you could do the Jyn Jan combo and let the one getting shot get the extra focuses and an evade. C3P0 is also an option on one and keep Wookiees on the other.

Personally, of these I think I'd go Tacticians because this list could really benefit from locking ships down to make it easy to jump on.

Another option, depending on the meta, could be to swap out the Linked Batteries for a pair of Ion Cannons. Ions are bad against the Ghost and anything else with a turret, but against Wookies and Gunboats they're pretty brutal.

Well I’m the only one who tends to fly Wookiees or Gunboats in my meta (read: my roommate and I). So.

Also I have very antagonistic feelings towards the meta, so I’d generally like to have a chance against the Ghost right now.

In that case Tactician on the Wookiees sounds like the right call to me. Wookiee Commandos are really bad against Sensor Jammer, but both Kanan and Fenn are pretty vulnerable to stress.
