I slow rolled and let the lancers come to me, baby blue in the lead, bomber threw bombs and stuff, while Poe danced, two blinded pilots saved my bomber from having ventress kill it, then it was only a matter of time before Poe and the bomber killed ketsu

I set up in the corner opposite of him, baby blue and QuickDraw exchanged blows, baby blue losing all three shields instantly, then the rear admiral got in the fight, assigned damaged cockpit to Poe, QuickDraw only ever got one retaliatory shot, killing the baby blue before the bomber killed QuickDraw, it came down to a one hull bomber vs a one hull decimator, he forgot to gunner, Paige started kicking for the launch button, I launched a bomb and turned in, he went too fast, double crit on bomblet generator

I like to think I’ve learned from past mistakes and will no longer rush in, but I saw the opportunity to get behind ventress and it cost me greatly, getting only one jump and half of ventress

I sent the baby blue up in poe’s Black one to fight sunny while the bomber and Poe turned to face ketsu and fenn, I shot at fenn range two with Poe, controlling range so I couldn’t be tractored, and dealt three damage to fenn, killing him next round with a bomblet, baby blue killed sunny, and it was all over from there, the x-wings shot the lancer down with everything they had

I immediately went for lowhhrick, knowing if I kill him I have a fighting chance, I traded my bomber for killing him, but both x-wings were hurting badly, as was Rey, it came down to a range one shot from a one hull Poe into a one hull Rey, I am more than willing to spend my focus to kill this **** Jedi...hit blank blank blank....and just like that, hopes of top 8 were smashed

All in all, I had fun and loved every second of the event, learned I need to control myself and that in the end it’s a **** dice game
