If there are, FFG hasn’t necessarily kept to them. There are variations even in the printing of the cardboard templates, which is part of why 3rd party templates (That aren’t grossly incorrect) are accepted.

There hasn't been anything official from FFG, but I found this on Reddit and use it to make my custom templates...
