How can anything else compete with Runewars?

By Hepitude, in Runewars Miniatures Game

Our miniatures game literally has a hero riding on a moose.

And a greater hero riding a wave of bones

Runewars is the better game but AoS does have http://catalorc.laughingorc.com/product/alarielle-the-everqueen/

I thought everyone was too angry with Games Workshop to play AoS... but yes, I will concede that model is pretty incredible.

Also... I'd say Maru is surfing more than riding. :)

GW models are so much more complicated to assemble. I remember the original AoS starter took me hours to assemble, and I've been playing miniatures games a long time.

Elf riding battlecat!

Elf and Leonx bond, living the wild life.

****.... That is immense. Both in cost and in apperance.

79 components... ****, I've seen model cars and planes that have fewer pieces.

Don't forget about skeletons riding giant grubs - how cool is that!?

Yeah it looks stunning but just looking at the spure of parts I know I’d never build it

Hm. We have:

-cliche knights on horses

-Skeletons riding the offspring of centipedes and Graboids.

-A shirtless man holding a severed spine surfng a wave made of spirit and bone. A sort of Hipster Necromancer

-Skeletons riding Vampire horses (I’m a bit foggy on that one)

-Elves riding cats

-Elf riding a war moose

-Trees that throw rocks at people

-A cavalry that basically looks like someone skinned a Zergling and raised it on a diet of amphetamines, cocaine, and meth with a temperament to match.

-Some crazy ***** who decided that she wanted to ride one of the skinless meth-crack-phetamine zerglings.

-A demon with 4 mouths and no butthole. How does that work?

@Church14  I can't tell if you like it or hate it, but one way or another it makes a mark.

I like it. Strange can be a major positive.

That's a war-moose, to you.

I'm sorry, but I think the beetle wins over the moose. But once Malaana comes out with her two-tailed scorpion mount, she'll trump every miniature that ever existed!

I forgot. We have a figure who looks like John Goodman cosplaying as a Grim Reaper going to a toga party. That same figure runs a 4.0 40m while eating people.

A tight rule set!

We have Graboids, that is really all that needed to be said. Burt would be proud.

Listen the only thing that would make Runewars better is elves riding battle bears.
