Don't worry about the 12x post, I had a triple post the other day because of the same thing.
In a higher res picture you can see it a bit more clearly. It just looks like the top Fin has been clipped a bit. It definitely has a bottom rear Fin that a B2 wouldn’t have.

In this case it's clearly a Assault Frigate that's been rammed. Unsuccessfully.

New Titles (1 per ship)
New Ship variants where applicable (Neb B, Raider, Interdictor, Victory, etc.)
Vindicators and mc40s skipray blastboats tie punishers and k wings
Rogue One and Solo based squadrons plus the stupid looking radar dish ship from Solo and another Rebel ship of some type from Rebels/R1/Solo.
I will be happy with a cheap commander that all he does is allow your ships to equip up to 2 titles but only 1 may be unique.

The Punisher is a hideous joke of a design. The Scimitar Assault Bomber is a much better looking ship.
